DraftKings launches fresh iGaming products in West Virginia

New products launched by the operator include new live dealer games such as roulette, baccarat and infinite blackjack. 

The operator’s new online casino games will employ live dealers instead of computer random number generation (RNG) software. This will allow DraftKings players to compete against each other at shared tables. 

Furthermore, DraftKings customers in West Virginia will now have access to the operator’s interactive, multiplayer game, Rocket.  

Built in-house, Rocket offers players real-money potential payouts, making it unique to DraftKings’ portfolio of games.  

Alongside the launch of new games in West Virginia, the operator has reaffirmed its commitment to providing customers with a fully regulated and engaging gaming experience.  

This includes a restated commitment to its SERVES programme, which DraftKings created to forge inclusive and secure pathways for people to gamble responsibly. 

DraftKings hopes to continue its mission of protecting vulnerable gamers through technology, training, resources and evidence-based research. 

The operator has over 500 games on its casino platform, which are being introduced into new markets as the company continues its US expansion.

DraftKings’ iGaming platform is accessible in all of Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ontario. 

The expansion of the company’s iGaming portfolio in West Virginia follows the release of its 2021 environmental, social and governance (ESG) report.  

The report detailed the operator’s research funding and extended support to veterans in 2021. The company also offered free, high-tech skills training to more than 200 ex-servicemen and military spouses through its “Tech for Heroes” programme.
