CoinPoker Opens Battle Of Malta Online Qualification With Free CoinMillion Satellites

CoinPoker has opened the first qualification phase for its Battle of Malta Online Series, with players now able to win seats into the $1 million guaranteed CoinMillion through a mix of free step satellites and direct qualifiers.

CoinPoker Opens Battle Of Malta Online Qualification With Free CoinMillion Satellites

The satellite campaign began on July 3 and runs through July 12, when the first day of the CoinMillion takes place. It marks the opening stage of the wider Battle of Malta Online Series, a 23-day festival running from July 12 to August 3 with $30 million in guaranteed prize pools.

At least 1,024 seats into the $215 CoinMillion will be awarded through satellites, giving players several ways to qualify before the event begins.

Free Satellites Open A Low-Cost Route Into The CoinMillion

The most accessible route begins with CoinPoker’s free Step 4 satellites, which are running three times per day until July 12.

Players can enter those qualifiers at no cost and attempt to move through the satellite ladder toward a $215 CoinMillion seat. Step 4 events guarantee between 20 and 75 seats into Step 3, depending on the tournament.

From there, Step 3 satellites start from $0.10 and run daily, with buy-ins ranging up to $0.50. These events award between 20 and 75 seats into Step 2.

The final low-cost stages then move players closer to the main CoinMillion qualifiers. Step 2 satellites have buy-ins from $0.55 to $4.40 and award between eight and 65 Step 1 tickets. One of the larger Step 2 events, scheduled for July 12, carries 60 guaranteed Step 1 tickets for a $3.30 buy-in.

Direct CoinMillion Satellites Run Daily Before Day 1

Players who want a shorter path can also enter direct Step 1 satellites into the $215 CoinMillion.

These qualifiers run seven times per day from July 3, increasing to nine times on July 12 ahead of CoinMillion Day 1. Buy-ins range from $5.50 to $44, with events guaranteeing between three and 100 seats into the $1 million tournament.

The largest direct satellite is scheduled for July 12, with a $25 buy-in and 100 guaranteed CoinMillion seats.

All CoinMillion satellite events are available inside the CoinPoker poker app.

CoinMillion Returns After World Poker Masters Success

The CoinMillion begins on July 12 with Day 1 of the two-day event. Day 2 takes place on July 13, when remaining players will return to compete for a share of the $1 million guaranteed prize pool.

The tournament features a 100,000-chip starting stack, equal to 200 big blinds, along with Bubble Protection, Final Table Blind Rollback, deal-making and unlimited re-entries through Level 16.

CoinPoker’s previous $1 million guaranteed CoinMillion ran during the World Poker Masters festival and drew 4,278 entries. The event was won by DaniC1994, who collected $126,500 for first place, a return equal to 588 times the $215 buy-in.

The next CoinMillion winner will also receive a physical Battle of Malta trophy and a digital Trophy Cabinet award.

Battle Of Malta Online Carries $30 Million In Guarantees

The CoinMillion is one of the early highlights of the Battle of Malta Online Series, which will run across 23 days and includes several major tournament formats.

The festival is headlined by three Main Events. The $565 Battle of Malta Main Event carries a $2.5 million guarantee, while the $55 Main Challenger and $11 Main Crusader add further lower buy-in options. Together, the three Main Events account for $3.1 million in guaranteed prize pools.

CoinPoker is also offering 100 Battle of Malta Autumn Edition packages, each valued at $2,500. Players can win packages through Main Event performances or through the Champion’s Trials, a multi-stage tournament route based on entry milestones.

A total of 77 physical trophies will also be awarded during the series. Winners will receive matching digital awards for CoinPoker’s Trophy Cabinet and can either travel to Malta for the CoinPoker Trophy Ceremony or have their trophy delivered.

High Rollers And Ambassador Events Add To The Schedule

The Battle of Malta Online Series will also include several high-stakes events, including the $1,500 CoinMasters BTC tournament with a $1 million guarantee.

Other high roller highlights include the $5,200 Iron Throne, which guarantees $400,000, and a $5,200 High Roller carrying a $250,000 prize pool.

On July 23, CoinPoker will host its Regs of the Round Table events, giving players a chance to compete alongside CoinPoker ambassadors. The schedule includes a $530 event with a $250,000 guarantee, a $55 version with a $75,000 guarantee and an $11 tournament with a $20,000 guarantee.

The series will close with a $10 million final weekend. In total, 120 events are scheduled to wrap up the festival, with guarantees ranging from $1,000 to $2.5 million.
