Betfred Sportsbook to open at the Silver Reef Casino Resort
Betfred USA Sports and the Lummi Nation have partnered to launch a sportsbook at the Silver Reef Casino Resort.
The announcement comes amid the recent legalisation of sports wagering in the US state of Washington.
The Betfred Sportsbook will officially open for customers on 31 August 2022 at 1pm, directly following the honorary first bet made by Warren Moon.
“We are extremely excited about opening and operating the sportsbook with our partner Betfred,” said Silver Reef Casino Resort CEO Marty Sauvage. “The sportsbook will be a fantastic new amenity for our guests and will enable us to continue delivering the premier gaming and resort experience in the Northwest.”
The sportsbook will occupy the space formerly occupied by the Portage Bay Bar, and will include several high-resolution video walls, sportsbook seating, multiple betting stations and self-serve kiosks, all with sports pub food and drinks.

Betfred last month confirmed it will remain as title sponsor of the World Matchplay until at least 2025, through an extension to its existing partnership with the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), which was originally agreed in 2019.
