The IBIA is a collection of operators that are committed to protecting its members from corruption. Now, the micro-betting company has now become a member of the 45-strong list of companies in the IBIA, which accounts for a combined $137bn in global betting handle per year – as well as 50% of all regulated commercial betting activity.

Melissa Davis, EVP of Business Affairs & General Counsel of Simplebet, said: “Integrity and trust are non-negotiable at Simplebet, so we are excited to be partnering with the IBIA, who are the world’s leading independent integrity monitor.

“Pooling our resources will help maintain fair play in sport, negate corruption in sports betting, and ensure our partners and their customers can enjoy peace of mind when it comes to wagering."

Meanwhile, Khalid Ali, IBIA CEO, added: “I am very pleased to welcome Simplebet to IBIA; its membership highlights the operator’s commitment to protecting the integrity of betting and related sporting events.

“Simplebet brings a distinctive approach and product range that marries well with our existing members and continues IBIA’s expansion across the growing US-regulated sports betting market. The association looks forward to working closely with Simplebet to ensure the integrity of its products and services.”

Recently, BetJack also announced it had joined the IBIA, with BetJack’s SVP of Sports and Gaming Adam Suliman commenting: “We are excited to launch BetJack in Ohio and look forward to partnering with IBIA for their proven track record of providing critical integrity monitoring and protection services for the sports betting industry.”
