EveryMatrix has been granted World Lottery Security Control Standard (WLA-SCS) 2020 Level 2 certification.
The WLA-SCS is a certification standard for lottery and sports betting operators and their suppliers. It is given after a thorough audit process by Gaming Labs International (GLI), which EveryMatrix successfully passed.
The standard features 21 controls for lottery technology suppliers, incorporating the use of cloud hosting for lottery gaming systems, as well as controls for privacy and application security.
As part of the certification audit, EveryMatrix’s platforms for both iLottery, sports betting and iGaming were assessed with no non-conformities being found.
In addition to this certificate, EveryMatrix is also ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certified.
EveryMatrix is one of the few B2B technology providers to receive this certificate, with there being just over 30 suppliers that hold the credential. Other companies to receive a WLA-SCS certificate are Greentube, achieving the certificate in 2022 and IGT, also gaining the certificate in the same year.
This year, EveryMatrix also gained its supplier licence for Sweden. This licence allows EveryMatrix to supply iGaming software to the Swedish Market.
Ebbe Groes, CEO, EveryMatrix, said: “Security is a top priority for EveryMatrix and achieving compliance with this rigorous standard is proof positive of our commitment to our existing and future WLA customers”.
In an exclusive Q&A with Gambling Insider, EveryMatrix recently discussed taking jackpot personalisation to the next level. Stian Enger Pettersen, Head of CasinoEngine, EveryMatrix, went into more detail about JackpotEngine, the inspiration behind it and how it can be configured for operators.
