4ThePlayer has received a full licence in the online casino market of Michigan.

This comes after the company received a provisional licence in October 2022.

Under the provisional licence, 4ThePlayer has already made several of its titles available to Michigan's active gaming community. The expected 6 Wild Sharks will shortly join the portfolio, along with the flagship games 9k Yeti and 3 Secret Cities.

The company also has a comprehensive roadmap of products from other markets that are prepared for release in addition to these games.

Additionally, some US-first products that were made particularly for the US market are scheduled to debut later this year.

Chris Ash, Business Development Director and Co-Founder of 4ThePlayer, said: "We are overjoyed to announce this latest achievement in our US market strategy. Michigan's online casino market, one of the most successful in the country, presents an exciting landscape for us to share our unique and innovative games with a passionate audience.

“We are also actively working on expanding our presence into additional states, underscoring our commitment to regulated markets in general. We invite all interested parties to meet us at G2E in Las Vegas for a deeper dive into our exciting plans for the coming year!"

Recent data highlight that in four of the first five months of 2023, Michigan’s 15 online casinos generated at least $150m in revenue, an increase of 18% from May 2022.

The state’s online casino market has seen its fifth-highest month ever with combined revenues of $150.6m.
