Dan Banham, Metric Gaming COO, said: "Metric Gaming is proud to partner with the IBIA in line with our unwavering commitment to ensuring the integrity of sports and the safety of betting customers.

“By joining the association, alongside other business leaders, we look forward to contributing to the important work the IBIA do, a mission we see as essential to safeguard the continued growth of our industry."

Meanwhile, Khalid Ali, IBIA CEO, added: “The association welcomes Metric Gaming to our expanding roster of B2C and B2B members. The company’s array of licences and operational capacity will further strengthen our integrity monitoring network.

“Metric Gaming’s decision to join IBIA demonstrates its clear desire to utilise the best integrity protection available globally for its sports betting product.”

The IBIA recently released its Q2 results, which showed that it found 50 total suspicious betting alerts across sports worldwide – with Europe responsible for 34 out of the 50 suspicious alerts reported.

The sport that garnered the most breaches was football, which was responsible for 19 alerts, making up 38% of the total alerts – with Tennis not far behind with 14 alerts, 28% of the total.
