Newcastle United Football Club has partnered with online sports betting brand BetMGM.

Only recently launched in the UK, BetMGM is the British-facing brand from MGM Resorts International, powered by MGM-owned LeoVegas (as well as using Kambi's sportsbook technology).

As the Official Club Partner for the 2023/24 season, branding from BetMGM will be displayed across St. James’ Park.

It is an opportune time to partner with Newcastle, fresh off the back of the team's 8-0 win at Sheffield United on Sunday.

This branding will be visible to both those physically in attendance at the matches and those watching over international streaming broadcasts.

Peter Silverstone, Newcastle United CCO, said: "We are delighted to be introducing BetMGM as an official club partner.

"BetMGM already has a significant presence in the city of Newcastle, with the company's UK office here, so it is a business that understands the football club, its fanbase and the region.

"We are very pleased to be taking this step together and I'd like to welcome BetMGM to our growing family of partners."

While LeoVegas will be responsible for operating the casino division of the brand, Kambi has confirmed it will power the sportsbook for BetMGM.

Sam Behar, BetMGM UK Director, said: "Newcastle United's re-entry into the world's elite this season is a golden moment for the football club and its incredible fans.

"We are proud that the club has selected BetMGM as one of its betting partners for the upcoming season.

“With our launch in the UK, it is fantastic to have Newcastle United as part of our stable of Premier League partner clubs.”
