LeoVegas Group, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International, acquired Push Gaming. LeoVegas emphasised that all Push Gaming employees would be retained, allowing the developer to continue creating games under the Push Gaming name.
Push Gaming now operates as an entity within LeoVegas, with its Co-Founders Winston Lee and James Marshal remaining in their roles as COO and CEO, respectively.
The Push Gaming portfolio provides titles such as Goat Getter, Rat King, Razor Returns, Crystal Catcher, Dino PD and Wild Swarm. As part of the acquisition, LeoVegas plans to provide proprietary technology to support Push Gaming's game development.
James Marshall, Push Gaming CEO, expressed excitement about the acquisition, stating, "Our portfolio is constantly expanding, and we continue to grow in line with our long-term strategy of bringing the best in entertainment to new players, new markets, and cementing our place as a true industry leader."
Push Gaming's recent entry into the Greek gaming market with Kaizen Gaming, has expanded the company’s offerings to Greek players through games like Goat Getter, Fish 'N’ Nudge, Rat King and more.
