Online casino operator Casumo has extended its partnership with Neccton, facilitated by OpenBet, to expand its responsible gaming and compliance technology.

This extended collaboration sees Neccton, a provider of AI-enabled responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions, offering its compliance software to Casumo's customers across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Sweden, Ontario, Gibraltar, Spain and Malta.

This integration aims to expand Casumo's measures for responsible gaming and AML adherence in these regulated markets.

Neccton's software engages with players through real-time messaging, employing strategies like inbox and pop-up messages to detect and communicate potential problem gambling risks promptly.

Dr Michael Auer, Neccton MD, said: "Our expanded collaboration with Casumo underscores the value of technology in prioritising player protection and fostering safer gambling experiences on a global scale.

"Neccton's all-in-one solution guarantees that Casumo gains access to software, equipped with player profiling and comprehensive reporting capabilities. This integration will not only enhance the overall betting experience but also ensure its utmost security."

Sandhya Singh, Chief Customer Experience Officer at Casumo, said: “Player protection is an integral part of Casumo and Neccton is a proven leader in this field with its model, based on behavioural research.

"Proactively monitoring and engaging with players with personalised feedback helps customers make better-informed decisions about their play. We want to establish a long-term, sustainable relationship with our players and deliver a good experience on our site. Securing our player’s safety is crucial to achieving this goal.”

Additionally, Casumo recently expanded its gaming offerings in Spain by integrating content from MGA Games, granting clients access to 18 new games.

In June 2023, OpenBet acquired Neccton. Neccton's technology has been utilised by DraftKings, FanDuel and Entain to analyse player behaviour in real-time with AI.
