This collaboration entails the integration of Thunderkick's portfolio – featuring recent releases like Hot Potato and Hellapenos – as well as Skywind Group's flagship websites such as Luck.com and Princess Casino.
The agreement also outlines potential future expansions into Germany, Latin America and the UK as part of the collaborative efforts going forward.
Skywind Group, established in 2012, is an online casino company in Romania that hopes to facilitate Thunderkick's growth within this market. The company offers over 200 first-party games and collaborates with other providers, operating in 19 regulated markets globally.
This new collaboration comes after Thunderkick announced partnerships with industry players such as Alea and Rushbet in 2023. Thunderkick hopes this new partnership will help continue its upward trajectory and expand its presence in the Romanian market.
Fredrik Ekholm, Head of Sales at Thunderkick, commented: “Romania is a key market for us at Thunderkick, so we’re thrilled to be partnering with Skywind Group to bring our portfolio of dynamic, exciting games to a much wider player base.
“Skywind Group is a leader in Romania with a reputation for delivering standout gameplay experiences, and we’re confident that customers will enjoy diving into what we have to offer.”
Daniela Asaftei, Head of CRM at Skywind Group, added: “Thunderkick has become one to watch over the past few years, and we’re excited to be able to offer its games to players throughout Romania – we truly think they’re going to love them.
“This partnership allows us to offer even more innovative, next-level games to our partnered operators, strengthening our brand whilst also allowing Thunderkick to grow even further in a key market.”
Earlier today, SCCG Management also announced a deal with Baum Games that will take it into Romania.
