Intralot has recently inked a new seven-year agreement with Magnum Corporation, a gaming company in Malaysia.

This agreement comes after Magnum Corporation issued an international call for tenders in 2022 and provides the potential for an additional seventeen years of collaboration.

The primary objective of this partnership is to improve Magnum Corporation's retail offering by integrating Intralot's modern LotosX Omni ecosystem.

This ecosystem encompasses various components, including the LotosX Central Gaming System, PlayerX Player Account Management System, RetailerX Retailer Management System, DMS Device Management System, PhotonX Gaming Terminals, Canvas Content Management System and Orchestrator.

Through the adoption of this technology, Magnum Corporation aims to implement an omnichannel strategy to engage customers across both traditional and digital channels.

Dato’ Lawrence Lim Swee Lin, Magnum Corporation CEO, said: “Magnum Corporation is proud to continue this partnership with Intralot, a steadfast ally in helping us grow our business and to innovate the gaming experience for our customers.

"With our industry expertise and Intralot’s technology, we are crafting a future of innovation together, creating a more immersive gaming experience with enhanced levels of personalisation and security, both in our retail and digital spaces.”

Marios Mitromaras, Intralot Australia CEO, added: “Intralot has an established presence in the country since 2006, helping Magnum Corporation grow its business and create value for the local community. We look forward to deploying our technology and operating services as Magnum Corporation continues to push boundaries and take steps to modernise its player experience.”

This announcement follows Intralot's contract extension with La Marocaine Des Jeux et Des Sports (MDJS) in Morocco.

Additionally, Intralot's financial report for the year-to-date results up to September 2023 indicated growth, with expansions in partnerships, including an extension with OPAP in Greece until 2026 and an extension with the Wyoming Lottery Corporation in the US until 2034.
