Caesars Sportsbook has extended its partnership with the National Hockey League (NHL).

The multi-year renewal will allow Caesars to continue as the Sports Betting and Gaming Partner of the NHL.

In addition, Caesars Digital will have access to NHL intellectual property, so that it can develop iGaming titles related to the league.

These will be published across North America, including at the recently launched Caesars Palace Online Casino.

Players will also be able to access NHL products through the Caesars Rewards customer loyalty programme, such as VIP experiences.

Eric Hession, Caesars Digital President, said: “With the defending Stanley Cup Champions residing in our home city of Las Vegas, we have a front-row seat to the excitement and passion that the NHL provides.

“This partnership extension with the League continues our efforts to build on that fan passion by bringing unforgettable experiences to all of our valued customers across both sports betting and online casino.”

The 2023-24 NHL season marks the 107th year of operations and is predicted to end on 18 April, 2024.

Once that concludes, the Stanley Cup playoffs will begin immediately, with the finals taking place on 24 June at the latest.

This year also marked the first time in history that the NHL games would be played in Australia.

This deal also comes just after Caesars Sportsbook becomes the first to launch mobile betting on North Carolina tribal lands, through its partnership with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.

Jason Jazayeri, NHL VP of Business Development, said: “Since the inception of our partnership with Caesars, together we have focused on innovative ways to engage our passionate fanbase.

“We look forward to the next chapter of our relationship focused on delivering unparalleled access to our sport for NHL fans.”
