Mohegan’s Inspire casino partners with CPI

Mohegan’s Korea-based casino resort complex will adopt Crane Payment Innovations’ (CPI) payment solutions in a bid to elevate its services.

This partnership with CPI will see the integration of an SC Advance note validator and Easitrax Web software into all the machines on the casino floor – totaling 550.

Additionally, the Easitrax Web Software allows casino operators to monitor slot machine performance, track machine analytics, and manage cash drops – streamlining operations across the board.

Bill Murphy, VP of Sales at APAC, said: “We are excited to be partnering with Mohegan Inspire. By installing 550 SC Advance note validators along with the Easitrax Web, Inspire casino will be able to increase its operational efficiency while providing customers with a world-class gaming environment.”

Officially launched at the beginning of March, Mohegan’s Inspire facility features a three-tower hotel, multi-purpose arena, digital entertainment street and dining venues in addition to its visitor-only gaming facility.

Director of Slot Operations at Mohegan Inspire, Yik Kah Fai, said: “Our partnership with CPI will certainly elevate our gaming offerings to unprecedented heights. The adoption of the SC Advance and Easitrax Web underscores our commitment to providing an exceptional and technologically advanced gaming experience for our patrons.”

In addition to its CPI collaboration, Mohegan Inspire also teamed up with Agilysys this week, to integrate multiple hospitality solutions in a bid to enhance its guest experience.
