Wazdan partners with operator mrbit.bg in Bulgaria
The supplier makes another EU move.
In a strategic move to further expand its EU footprint, Wazdan has partnered with mrbit.bg to provide slot games for the operator’s platform.
Players in Bulgaria will now have access to Wazdan’s slots, as well as its additional features such as its Hold the Jackpot bonus round, via mrbit.bg’s online platform. Titles such as Power of Gods: Hades, Sizzling Eggs and the Hot Slot series have been introduced to further diversify mrbit.bg’s offerings, having established itself as one of the few online operators in the region with a mobile application.
Recently, two political groups in Bulgaria proposed a blanket ban on gambling advertising in the nation, further limiting land-based gambling venues from opening in towns with less than 5,000 residents. As of yet, the bill has not officially been given the green light – however, Bulgaria is now one of a handful of European countries considering similar legislation.
Speaking on the addition of Wazdan slots to its portfolio, Anastasia Ardelean, Head of Marketing at mrbit.bg, said: “Our team has been preparing long and hard to enter the Bulgarian market and now we have finally done it!
