Kaizen Gaming has announced the appointment of Aris Dimarakis as its new Deputy CEO and Christos Tzalavras as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Dimarakis will work as Deputy CEO alongside his current role as Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he oversees Kaizen Gaming’s operations in Europe, South America, North America and Africa.

As Deputy CEO, he will be responsible for 'further driving operational development and supporting the company’s strategic goals.'

He first joined Kaizen as Chief Technology Officer before taking up the role of COO in 2021. Prior to his time with the company, he has served as the head of technology departments in the tech and media industries.

Meanwhile, Tzalavras as the new CPO will oversee 'product innovation and strategy' looking to meet the needs of Kaizen’s customer base.

He has previously served as the Senior Director of Sports and has been with the company for 12 years, undertaking roles related to commercial leadership, marketing and customer relationship.

Kaizen Gaming CEO George Daskalakis said: "Driven by a relentless growth mindset, Kaizen Gaming has become a powerhouse in the sports betting and gaming industry. Aris has been an integral part of this growth journey all these years. Possessing a deep understanding of the industry, the technology and the values that make Kaizen Gaming unique, I am confident in his ability to scale our operations and set the company up for future success.

“As for Christos, with his proven track record, keen commercial mindset and marketing expertise, he is the perfect choice for Chief Product Officer. Having risen through the company ranks throughout the years, Christos is one of the best examples of our ‘Kaizen - continuous improvement’ mindset. Both Aris and Christos will be key figures in continuing our upward momentum.”

In other appointment news today, Rob Coldrake has been named the new CFO at Flutter, on the same day the operator announced that its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange had commenced.
