Fun88 partners with Uttar Pradesh Kabaddi League
Fun88 expands sports sponsorships in India, partnering with Uttar Pradesh Kabaddi League while continuing to support Vizag Warriors (cricket) and Dabang Delhi (kabaddi).
Fun88 has announced an associate partnership with the Uttar Pradesh Kabaddi League (UPKL). The league’s inaugural season began on 11 July 2024, offering a platform for kabaddi players in Uttar Pradesh to showcase their talents.
The partnership between Fun88 and UPKL involves supporting regional initiatives to nurture local kabaddi talent. Fun88 also aims to promote responsible gaming.
Representatives from the Uttar Pradesh Kabaddi League commented: “UPKL is grateful to have Fun88 as its sponsor partner. Its commitment and generosity are truly valuable and we look forward to continuing this partnership in future leagues.”
Earlier in 2024, Fun88 was the title sponsor for the Vizag Warriors in the Andhra Premier League (APL). The APL, recognised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), was established by the Andhra Cricket Association in 2022.
The 2024 season of APL began on 30 June and will conclude on 13 July, featuring six teams, including the Vizag Warriors.
In May 2024, Fun88 launched the ‘Fun88 X Evolution’ platform in collaboration with Evolution. This initiative included features such as ‘Thunder888,’ offering players a chance to win up to 25 times their bet amount and the ‘Lucky Reward,’ providing random cash prizes of up to 100 times the bet amount.
Fun88 also sponsored Dabang Delhi in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 10 earlier this year.
