Supplier Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has entered into a new collaboration with AI and data science organisation, Future Anthem, as part of a bid to enhance its personalisation techniques.
The partnership will be operational across multiple platforms – including both sports and casino – and seeks to implement AI-powered personalisation features to GiG’s network, as the group looks to improve player engagement and retention.
Amplifier AI, which works towards a streamlined enablement process, is already part of GiG’s platform offerings. However, the addition of Future Anthem’s Churn Prevention module for GiG’s casino operators aims to reduce player churn and improve engagement.

For GiG, this latest deal closely follows the supplier's announcement of an additional partnership agreement being reached with Betzone in the UK this week.
Further, the latter stages of June saw the company reveal another UK-based collaboration with The Football Pools, as well as expanding its presence in the North American market through an Ontario-based partnership with Ventures Lab.
