IGaming integration and automation platform, Flows, has announced the appointment of Daniel De Souza as its new Vice President of Commercial, who is set to move on from his previous role at Optimove.

De Souza brings with him a range of operational experience in both brand scaling and market expansion within the gaming industry. As part of his new VP role, he will now hope to utilise his expertise to Flow’s benefit, as the organisation looks to initiate its latest phase of expansion.

Having held previous roles at both Optimove and Betway, De Souza has a record of negotiating partnership agreements and diversifying customer portfolios. Further, he will hope his prior involvements on the operator side of the industry stand him in good stead for his new role at Flows.

Commenting on his appointment, De Souza stated: “I’ve had an incredible few years with Optimove, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to work with such a fantastic company. However, with the industry rapidly evolving – driven by advancements in AI, increased automation, and major global opportunities as new territories open up – the timing felt right for a new challenge.”

“Flows will revolutionise the way businesses automate and manage their operations, and I look forward to joining the most talked-about startup in the industry and having the chance to showcase the product’s potential for both new and established operators, was an opportunity I couldn’t resist!”

Flows CEO James King said: "Dan is a fantastic addition to the team. His experience, industry knowledge and vast network is exactly what we’ve needed to hypercharge our commercial efforts. I’m really excited to see the impact Dan will have with us, having witnessed his many successes in previous roles he’s held.”

In early 2023, Flows signed an agreement with Vincitù Group for the provision of its no-code innovation platform within the Italian market.

More recently, in January 2024, the company also brokered a new deal with PressEnter Group for the provision of its automation technology to PressEnter’s iGaming brands.
