Cath Ryan has been appointed Betfred’s new Head of Brand and Customer Experience.
Within her career in brand and marketing, which has spanned over 25 years, Ryan has worked in varying industries, including sport, fashion and retail.
In her most recent role, Ryan was the Head of Brand and Creative at The Pets at Home Group, where she was responsible for brand transformation and enhancing the customer experience across all channels.
On top of this, her career has seen her work for companies such as Nike, Adidas and N Brown, working on brand creation and strategy, global marketing campaigns and product development.
Ryan will hope to utilise this experience at Betfred, where she will be looking to help elevate the company’s brand positioning and bring about engaging customer experience, all in an effort to ensure the long-term success of Betfred.

This news comes only a few weeks after Betfred appointed a new Chief Product Officer (CPO), with Nick Cockerill taking up the role following over three years with Stats Perform as VP of Product.
