Key points:
- Push Gaming appoints Andy Bentley as COO after six months of strategic collaboration
- Co-founder Winston Lee transitions to a Co-CEO role alongside James Marshall
- The leadership changes follow MGM Resorts' acquisition of Push Gaming earlier this year
Push Gaming has announced a reorganisation of its executive team, appointing Andy Bentley as COO. Bentley, who has been collaborating with the company on key strategic projects over the past six months, brings experience from Ladbrokes, Genting and Gauselmann Group.
His responsibilities will include overseeing marketing, project delivery and opportunities arising from Push Gaming’s recent acquisition by MGM Resorts/LeoVegas.
In addition to Bentley’s appointment, Push Gaming has restructured its leadership team with co-founder Winston Lee moving to a Co-CEO position alongside James Marshall.
Lee will focus on legal, compliance, finance and live operations, while Marshall will continue to oversee product development, sales and culture.
James Marshall, Push Gaming Co-CEO, said: “Andy has been working with us for the past six months on some of our strategic projects for the US and Brazil, so while he’s been a regular face for us here, we want to officially welcome him on board.”
Good to know: Push Gaming’s acquisition by MGM Resorts earlier this year has opened up new growth opportunities, particularly in the US, as the company continues to focus on expanding its market footprint
Andy Bentley, Push Gaming COO, added: “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time consulting with the incredible team at Push so far and I’m honoured to have been offered the opportunity to take on such an exciting permanent role.”
Earlier this year, Push Gaming partnered with Georgian operator Ambassadoribet, further strengthening its presence in Europe. The deal brought Push Gaming’s titles, including Jammin’ Jars and Razor Ways, to new audiences in Georgia.
Push Gaming has also entered new markets in 2024, including Spain through partnerships with PokerStars and Casino Gran Madrid. These expansions follow its earlier moves into Germany and Ontario, Canada.
