Light & Wonder and SkyCity Entertainment Group agree new seven-year deal

Light & Wonder and SkyCity Entertainment Group have signed a seven-year Platform as a Service (PaaS) systems deal in New Zealand and Australia. 

SkyCity will utilise L&W Engage, a platform that allows operators to leverage data related to the customer journey, to enhance the player experience, which includes software, hardware and custom development services. 

This platform will also be used by the operator to strengthen responsible gaming measures and customer engagement, with the technology including loyalty features and tools. 

On top of this, SkyCity will use Light & Wonder’s iVISTA technology platform to upgrade its casino floors related to the player interface on gaming machines, improving the player experience for customer service and responsible gaming.
