The National Basketball Association (NBA) and Sands China have confirmed a multiyear collaboration to bring NBA China Games to Macau, with the Brooklyn Nets and Phoenix Suns set to play two preseason games in October 2025.
Scheduled for 10 and 12 October at The Venetian Arena, the games will feature high-profile players including Kevin Durant, Devin Booker and Ben Simmons.
The event aims to expand the NBA's global reach and engage with basketball fans in the region.
Beyond the games, the NBA and Sands will host interactive fan activities, community outreach initiatives and lifestyle events. Highlights include an NBA Fan Day with celebrity performances and on-court skills competitions.
Additionally, a new NBA Flagship Store will open at The Londoner Macao, offering a range of official NBA merchandise.
The announcement was made during an event at The Londoner Arena in Macao, attended by NBA Deputy Commissioner Mark Tatum, Sands China executives and NBA Legends such as Ray Allen and Tracy McGrady.
The NBA China Games 2025 will be broadcast to fans in over 200 countries and territories across television, digital and social media platforms.
