Greco has announced a partnership with Lottoland, a multi-national lottery operator. Through the partnership, Lottoland will integrate Greco’s risk management system, Gameplay Risk Engine, into its offering, providing enhanced player management, risk assessment and operational efficiency insights across its operations.

Lottoland currently operates in 15 markets with 20 million customers worldwide. In March 2024, Lottoland Deutschland received its German licence and a place on the national regulator’s whitelist, while in April, Lottoland VP for UK and Ireland, Mike Kirwan voiced concerns as Ireland’s Minister of State at the Department of Justice refused to meet him pending the then upcoming Gambling Regulation Bill 2022. The bill was passed in October.

Most recently, Lottoland partnered with Playson, bringing a range of title’s from Playson’s portfolio to its players.

On this latest partnership, Kirwan (now VP Marketing & Commercial) said: “At Lottoland, innovation is at the heart of everything we do. Partnering with Greco aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver world-class experiences to our customers. Greco’s unique Gameplay Risk Engine will assess player behaviours, ensuring a secure and seamless experience for our growing community of 20 million customers.”

Greco Co-Founder and CEO Ozric Vondervelden added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Lottoland as a partner. Their commitment to innovation and player-centric operations aligns closely with our values. With our Gameplay Risk Engine, Lottoland is well-equipped to enhance efficiency and reinforce its position as a global leader in the online lottery space.”

In December, Bad Hombre also entered into a partnership with Greco, integrating the Gameplay Risk Engine into its operations.
