Key points:
- Imagine Live has secured a Class II licence in the Romanian market
- This latest licence has been obtained via subsidiary ImagineLive Ro
- The supplier will now begin legally streaming its offerings in the market
Live casino supplier Imagine Live has announced the confirmation of its Class II Romanian licence following approval from the National Gambling Office (ONJN).
Now, having obtained this licence via its subsidiary ImagineLive Ro, the organisation is able to begin legally streaming its live casino offerings within Romania. Further, this news comes following the recent announcement that the live casino supplier had begun the development of its Romanian studio in the nation’s capital of Bucharest last year.
Commenting on this recent announcement, Martin Martirosyan, Imagine Live Group CEO, stated: “Imagine Live is an established brand committed to delivering exceptional products and gaming experiences by putting the player at the center of the live gaming experience.”
“Imagine Live is equally committed to providing premium and customised live dealer solutions with bespoke tables and studios for our Romanian operator partners to ensure a complete brand experience that players enjoy and return to, which drives deeper engagement and revenue opportunities.”
“The successful regulatory Class II approval from the Romanian ONJN regulatory authority further underpins our company’s growth plans and investments for state-of-the-art live dealer studios and customised live dealer product experiences.”
Good to know: Martirosyan was appointed as Imagine Live Group CEO last month, a role he has taken up alongside his position as Digitain Deputy CEO
Moreover, Martirosyan’s appointment closely followed the announcement that Barry Mahon would be taking over as Imagine Live CCO in May 2024.
Indeed, the year just passed was an expansive period for the supplier in the European market, with approval from the Swedish Gambling Authority being followed by an additional market entry into the Georgian landscape via partnership with Betlive in August.
More recently, in December, the company also launched its live dealer tables in Serbia via partnership with King.rs.
