Jackpot.com partners with Birches Health ahead of Problem Gambling Awareness Month

Key points:

– Jackpot.com has partnered with Birches Health to provide specialised educational content to players and staff

– The move comes ahead of March’s Problem Gambling Awareness Month

Jackpot.com has partnered with Birches Health, with goals to launch joint marketing campaigns and integrate exclusive educational content onto its platform.

The online lottery operator will receive a range of custom responsible gaming education content ahead of two major RG campaigns this year, namely Problem Gambling Awareness Month in March and Responsible Gaming Education Month in September.

Lottery players will now have direct access to Birches Health’s tailored support via the BirchesHealth.com landing page. Birches Health leaders will also provide training sessions for Jackpot.com staff to provide consultation on RG policy and review training materials.

On the partnership, Jackpot.com CEO and Co-Founder Akshay Khanna said: “We are very excited to announce Jackpot.com’s partnership with Birches Health, especially ahead of Problem Gaming Awareness Month. When Jackpot.com launched it was the only online lottery courier to do so with an iCap Certification from the National Council on Problem Gaming.

“With Birches Health’s added level of responsible play protocols and educational resources, coupled with that of Jackpot.com’s, we are extremely confident in the platform’s ability to provide both a safe and fun experience for players.”

Good to know: Jackpot.com went live in Arizona in January

Birches Health CEO and Founder Elliott Rapaport added: “We applaud Jackpot.com for leading the way and integrating educational resources and pathways to treatment directly into their platform. This partnership showcases the opportunities that exist to provide specialised support for players across the country.”

Last year’s Problem Gambling Awareness Month was led by the National Council on Problem Gambling, with the theme of ‘every story matters.’ A range of operators and suppliers, including Sporttrade and FanDuel, participated.
