AskGamblers return money

Key points:

- AskGamblers Complaint Service recovered $6,890,547 for players in 2024, processing over 10,000 complaints with a 68% resolution success rate

- The service crossed the $70m milestone in total funds returned to players since its inception

AskGamblers has published its annual Complaint Service report for 2024, revealing that the platform helped players reclaim nearly $7m from online gambling operators throughout the year.

The report also highlights various other achievements of the AskGamblers Complaint Service (AGCS), formerly known as AGCCS.

According to the report, the AGCS team successfully returned $6,890,547.11 to players, processing 10,342 complaints – a 28.57% increase compared to the previous year.

The service demonstrated a 68% resolution success rate for all accepted and processed cases, with complaints filed against 1,114 different casino brands.

The platform also reached another milestone in 2024 by surpassing $70m in total funds returned to players since the service's inception.

Good to know: Another notable achievement was the recovery of $87,103.20 in affiliate program complaints, representing a 90% increase compared to 2023

Breaking down the complaint categories, payment issues dominated with 6,251 cases, followed by account issues (1,405), deposit issues (994), bonus concerns (547) and software problems (408). The service also handled 737 complaints classified as ‘other issues.’

Not all submitted complaints were accepted, with 7,027 cases rejected in 2024. The most common reason for rejection was a lack of response from complainants when additional information was requested.

Commenting on these results, Dijana Radunović, General Manager at AskGamblers, stated: "It's amazing to see the trust players put in us year after year, and we're able to repay them by helping them recover their funds from operators or solve other related issues.

“We've had another successful year, with a few records broken and amazing milestones achieved and we can't wait to see what lies in store in the years ahead."

This announcement comes just one day after Casino Guru reported its own milestone, with its Complaint Resolution Center surpassing $40m in recovered player funds since its 2019 launch.

Casino Guru's recent achievements include processing its 50,000th complaint in March 2025 and expanding its resolution team to 25 members.
