Gentoo Media has announced the departure of Chief Sales Officer Gioacchino Morsicato and Chief Technology Officer Vadim Jefimenko. These changes are part of a wider effort to restructure the company and align its leadership with changing business needs.

The reorganisation forms part of Gentoo Media’s structural adjustments intended to align its operations with business needs. Changes to the leadership structure are being made in the context of online gambling and sports betting sectors.

Gentoo Media operates several iGaming affiliate sites, including AskGamblers, Time2Play, CasinoTopsOnline, WSN and Casinomeister, directing user traffic to companies in the sector. The changes follow ongoing developments in the company’s affiliate operations and platform management.

The company confirmed that this announcement includes "inside information" under the EU Market Abuse Regulation.

The restructuring follows Gentoo's separation from parent company GIG Media in October.

Good to know: Gentoo Media is headquartered in Malta and has offices in Denmark, Serbia and Spain. The company employs staff in multiple countries across Europe

This follows Gentoo Media reporting €35.9m ($39.1m) in revenue for Q4. Meanwhile, as part of its recent leadership adjustments, Gentoo Media has appointed Mads Haugegaard Albrechtsen as CFO, with Albrechtsen managing the company’s financial operations from 1 March 2025.
