Kaizen Gaming has launched a fast-track development programme to train iGaming professionals, called The Playmakers: Commercial Talent Programme.
Candidates will be expected to have a degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or a related field from a recognised University, at least one year of work experience, fluency in English and proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese.
They will be working under senior management in Kaizen Gaming across several teams, including marketing, CRM and commercial.
The programme will be based in Athens, Greece, but candidates will be able to take on two international postings in Europe and South America for global experience.
On the topic of South America, Betano recently partnered with Club Atlético River Plate, an Argentinian football club, to support its LatAm expansion.
Good to know: It will require candidates to have a European passport and either a European work permit or permanent residence, as the programme requires more than six months of work in Athens, Greece
