Full House Resorts has named Joshua Le Duff as its Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. The company said his appointment to these roles is subject to customary gaming approvals.
Le Duff brings casino industry marketing experience to his new positions. Prior to joining Full House Resorts, he worked for Pala Casino Spa Golf Resort as its Vice President of Marketing.
He has also held leadership roles with Capri Casinos. During his time with Capri, Le Duff served as the Vice President of Marketing and helped the brand expand prior to Eldorado Resorts acquiring Capri Casinos.
Le Duff graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He also holds a master’s in in business administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
As a member of Full House’s team, the company has issued Le Duff restricted shares.
Full House elaborated on this awarding by saying, “In connection with his hiring, the compensation committee of the company’s board of directors approved a grant of an inducement equity award of 29,940 restricted shares to Mr. Le Duff. Subject to his continuing service through the vesting dates, one-third of the total number of shares granted will vest on each of May 12, 2026, 2027, and 2028, the anniversary dates of Mr. Le Duff’s commencement of employment and the grant of restricted shares.
“The award was granted outside of the Company’s 2015 Equity Incentive Plan and was approved by the Compensation Committee in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4) as a material inducement to Mr. Le Duff’s entry into employment with the company.”
