UAE Lottery signs multi-year deal with EQL Games to expand iLottery content offering
The agreement includes third-party game delivery and new launches from EQL partner Random State, with two titles – Marble Run and Lucky Lagoon – now live.
Key points:
– EQL Games will supply third-party content and in-house games through its iLottery Marketplace
– New titles Marble Run and Lucky Lagoon launched via Random State studio
– Agreement marks continued expansion of The UAE Lottery following March 2025 -scratch card rollout
The UAE Lottery has signed a multi-year agreement with US-based iLottery content supplier EQL Games, marking a major content expansion for the country’s first federally licensed lottery platform.
The deal will see EQL deliver third-party and in-house digital games via its iLottery Marketplace, supporting The Game LLC – the operators of The UAE Lottery – in its effort to diversify and scale its offering.
Two new titles have already been launched under the partnership: Marble Run and Lucky Lagoon, developed by Random State, an EQL-affiliated studio.
Marble Run allows players to select one of five marbles and race down a track with obstacles that apply multipliers.
Depending on final placement and multiplier effects, top prizes can reach AED 1m. Lucky Lagoon is an underwater-themed matching game with 23 prize tiers, including a top prize of AED 1.25m.
Good to know: Both games offer interactive mechanics and prize pools reaching over AED 1m ($272k)
Bishop Woosley, Director of Lottery Operations at The Game LLC, said: “EQL Games was an easy choice. We’re excited to introduce Marble Run and Lucky Lagoon to The UAE Lottery platform. These innovative games bring fresh experiences with dynamic gameplay and great prize opportunities.”
The partnership follows the launch of four scratch card games in March 2025, including Karak Kash and Mission Million, which expanded the lottery’s portfolio of low-entry instant win options.
These additions came alongside a broader responsible gaming initiative, including self-assessment tools and spending limits on the official UAE Lottery website.
Brad Cummings, Founder & CEO of EQL Games, said: “This is one of the most exciting lottery markets in the world. These incredible games by Random State represent the first of many content options our iLottery Marketplace will deliver for this market over time.”
The UAE Lottery remains regulated by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority and continues to position itself as the region’s primary legal lottery channel, with plans for future product rollouts and player base expansion.
