Key points:
- BetGoodwin adopts BeBettor Wealth Scores to enhance customer segmentation and personalisation
- The integration provides early visibility into players’ likely financial position for more effective engagement
BetGoodwin has partnered with BeBettor to incorporate Wealth Scores into its customer relationship and personalisation strategy.
BeBettor’s Wealth Scores rank players on a scale of 1 to 10 based on their estimated UK wealth bracket. A score of 10 indicates placement in the top 10% of UK earners, while a score of 1 corresponds to the bottom 10%.
This new integration allows BetGoodwin to gain early insight into a player’s potential financial circumstances, enabling the business to deliver more targeted segmentation and tailored experiences from the moment an account is created.
The partnership reflects BetGoodwin’s focus on CRM capabilities using richer data sources to improve player retention.
Graeme Price, BeBettor CCO, stated: “We’re delighted to welcome BetGoodwin to the game-changing power of player Wealth Scores.
“We’re confident this will give them a real edge over other operators who are often flying blind when it comes to players’ financial capacity.”
Alan Bridle, BetGoodwin Head of Marketing, added: “Partnering with BeBettor gives us a significant advantage of understanding our customers on a deeper level from the moment they join us, which helps our team to personalise their experience from day one.
“BeBettor Wealth Scores open up more opportunities to segment players in impactful ways and we are confident this will have a positive impact on player engagement and satisfaction.”
This follows BetGoodwin’s recent partnership with EveryMatrix, through which the operator is adopting OddsMatrix and other platform services to enhance its UK sportsbook operations.
