Self-nominations window for the 2026 Global Gaming Awards EMEA is now open
The Global Gaming Awards Europe, Middle East & Africa will return to Barcelona in January 2026, continuing the tradition of celebrating supplier and operator excellence during the industry’s biggest trade show - ICE.
Following the success of the 2025 event, which marked the EMEA edition of the Awards’ move from London to Barcelona, the Global Gaming Awards presentation ceremony will once again recognise and reward the achievements of operators and suppliers, active across Europe, the Middle East & Africa over the past 12 months.
You can now give your company a chance of being shortlisted for the most prestigious Awards in the gaming industry by submitting a self-nomination on the Awards’ official website globalgamingawards.com/emea/2026/.
Mariya Savova, Event Manager of the Global Gaming Awards, commented: “We take the ‘most prestigious’ label seriously so once again we will ensure that every company on the Shortlist will be there 100% deservingly.”“This year, we’re especially excited to introduce a brand-new category: Crash Game of the Year. As crash games continue to grow in popularity, it felt like the right time to give this genre the spotlight it deserves,” she added.
If your business has made a significant impact across the EMEA region over the past year – whether by launching a standout game or platform, delivering a game-changing service, or achieving notable success by expanding to new markets – we want to hear from you. Complete the short self-nomination form on the Global Gaming Awards website by 30th September 2025.
The process is simple and quick. All we need is a short paragraph (up to 480 characters) summarising your recent achievements. You can nominate in any category you consider relevant. The more factual and specific your submission, the better your chances of making the Shortlist. Please avoid generic company bios or accomplishments outside the EMEA region, as these are unlikely to be considered.
Each category will feature a Shortlist of 10 companies and being shortlisted is widely recognised across the industry as a major achievement in itself.
The Global Gaming Awards Europe, Middle East & Africa are powered by Gambling Insider and independently adjudicated by KPMG, ensuring a fair and transparent voting process.

Don’t forget to submit your self-nomination by 30th September 2025 on globalgamingawards.com/emea/2026/
