Relax Gaming names Tony O’Mahony as Chief Product Officer
Former Casumo and Lottoland executive steps into key role following recent executive reshuffle and Belgrade office launch.

Relax Gaming has appointed Tony O’Mahony as Chief Product Officer, marking the latest addition to its senior leadership team. O’Mahony replaces Shelley Hannah, who recently stepped down from the role.
O’Mahony brings a track record of product strategy and leadership across the iGaming sector. His previous positions include CPO at Casumo and A5 Labs and VP of Product at Lottoland.
He most recently worked as a product strategy consultant and is expected to drive cross-functional alignment across Relax’s technical, commercial and operational divisions.
CEO Martin Stålros stated: “His deep product knowledge, coupled with extensive industry experience, make him an ideal fit for the next phase of our growth.”

The company also recently signed a content partnership with TaDa Gaming, integrating over 60 certified titles into its Powered By Relax programme. TaDa Gaming’s content includes crash games, slots and fishing-shooting titles and follows a localisation strategy for Latin America and Brazil.
In May, Relax Gaming opened a new office in central Belgrade, Serbia, reinforcing its operational presence in Eastern Europe. The opening event included a slot tournament and staff celebration near the Danube River.
Angela van den Berg also joined Relax’s leadership team earlier this year as General Counsel. Based in the Isle of Man, van den Berg previously served as Chief Legal Officer at Games Global and brings 17 years of legal experience in the gambling sector.
With its operational footprint continuing to grow and new executive leadership in place, Relax Gaming has signalled its intent to strengthen product capabilities and expand further across regulated markets.
No changes to the company’s strategic roadmap have been announced, but O’Mahony’s appointment is expected to play a central role in the company’s future product direction.
