Konami and Kaizen have launched Konami casino games in Brazil. The games are available on Kaizen’s Betano online platform.

Players in Brazil can now access Konami slots including China Shores, Fortune Mint, All Aboard Piggy Pennies, Cobra Hearts and African Diamond. The games are playable on desktop, tablet and mobile devices and offer real-money jackpots.

Brazil officially opened its market to regulated online casino games on 1 January 2025. New legislation established licensing requirements and operational rules for legal online betting. Betano was the first operator to receive an online betting licence under the new regulations.

Good to know: Konami has been expanding its real-money online slots presence internationally, launching games in Portugal with Solverde.pt and in Paraguay with Slots del Sol Online, marking its first online releases outside the US and Canada

Tom Jingoli, Konami President and COO, stated: “The first-ever Brazilian debut of Konami’s popular casino games is a significant milestone for our iGaming division, and our global company as a whole.

“Online players can enjoy a large library of Konami slot creations beloved in land-based markets from Las Vegas to Macau for many years, with the assurance of Betano’s secure platform, which is the most popular in the country.”

Eduardo Aching, Konami Gaming VP of iGaming & International Gaming Operations, added: “Through close cooperation and shared action, Konami and Kaizen Gaming have taken a partnership that began in Canada’s real-money gaming sector and expanded it to one of the largest emerging markets on the globe.”

Kaizen Gaming has recently extended its partnership with Epic to focus on safer gaming initiatives and partnered with Club Atlético River Plate in Argentina.
