Kaizen Gaming has announced the appointment of Vassilis Gavroglou as Chief Human Resources Officer to support the next phase of its international growth with a focus on people and organisational strategy.
Gavroglou will oversee Kaizen Gaming’s HR strategy during a period of expansion. The company currently employs more than 2,700 people of over 40 nationalities across 19 countries.
He brings over 20 years of international experience in energy, technology, banking and consulting. His previous positions include CHRO at Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems, HR ED at OTE Group and Group HR Strategy Director at the National Bank of Greece.
Stella Voulgaraki’s departure as Kaizen Gaming’s CPO precedes Gavroglou’s appointment. During her three-year tenure, she helped establish the company’s global HR function to support international growth, which Gavroglou will now continue to lead.
Good to know: Gavroglou studied at the Athens University of Economics and Business and the London School of Economics
