Stella Voulgaraki, Chief People Officer at Kaizen Gaming, has announced her departure after more than three years in the role.

In a recent LinkedIn post, Voulgaraki reflected on what she described as a transformative period, during which she helped build the company’s global HR function from the ground up.

Throughout her tenure, Voulgaraki focused on developing a robust people strategy to support Kaizen’s international growth.

She credited Kaizen’s Founder and CEO, George Daskalakis, for his trust and vision, which she said enabled her to deliver meaningful contributions as the company expanded into new markets.

Commenting on this theme, Voulgaraki wrote: “Together with an extraordinary HR team and so many talented Kaizeners, we built a global people function from the ground up – scaling with heart, navigating complexity and always keeping our people at the centre. We grew, we challenged ourselves, we adapted, and we delivered.

“Thank you Kaizen Gaming for making this journey so rich and meaningful. It has been a transformative chapter, and I leave filled with gratitude.”

Her departure comes during a period of continued investment in talent development at Kaizen. Earlier this year, the company launched ‘The Playmakers: Commercial Talent Programme’, aimed at training the next generation of iGaming professionals.

The scheme includes mentorship from senior leaders and international placements across Europe and South America.

In addition to its internal talent initiatives, Kaizen Gaming, through the Kaizen Foundation, has also strengthened its social impact efforts.

This year, the Foundation renewed its partnership with the UEFA Foundation for Children, sponsoring inclusive events such as an amputee football match and supporting broader initiatives aimed at empowering girls and women in sports across Europe.
