Meridianbet launches Flash Bet instant sports simulation feature

The proprietary product allows players to simulate outcomes of real sporting events in seconds as the operator expands its in-house technology offering.

Meridianbet launches Flash Bet instant sports simulation feature

Meridianbet has launched Flash Bet, a proprietary instant sports simulation feature designed to deliver accelerated betting outcomes based on real scheduled sporting events.

The product has been developed internally by Meridianbet’s technology team and is being rolled out across the operator’s international markets.

Flash Bet allows players to place bets on simulated results of upcoming real-world sporting events, with outcomes generated within seconds.

Unlike traditional virtual sports products, which typically rely on fictional fixtures, Flash Bet uses simulations based on actual events that are scheduled to take place, offering players a faster alternative to pre-match betting markets.

The operator said the feature combines elements of conventional sports betting with the rapid resolution associated with virtual sports.

Players are able to adjust simulation speeds and view animated results in real time, allowing engagement during periods between live sporting action or outside peak event windows.

Meridianbet stated that Flash Bet is being introduced through a phased rollout across its 18-market operational footprint. The staged deployment is intended to support data collection on player behaviour and allow for optimisation of the user experience before wider distribution.

The launch comes as virtual and simulated sports continue to grow as a betting vertical. Industry data cited by the company values the global virtual sports betting market at $12.68bn in 2024, with projections reaching $44.52bn by 2032.

The segment has been positioned by operators as a means of maintaining engagement during off-peak hours and supplementing traditional sportsbook activity.

Flash Bet has been developed as a proprietary solution, forming part of Meridianbet’s broader strategy to expand internally built products alongside third-party content integrations. The operator is a subsidiary of Golden Matrix Group, which completed its acquisition of Meridianbet Group earlier this year following a prolonged transaction process.

In October 2025, Meridianbet confirmed a partnership with 7777 Gaming to integrate slot titles, instant win games and casino content across its platform. The agreement supported 7777 Gaming’s international expansion strategy while adding additional content verticals to Meridianbet’s offering.

The operator has also recently expanded into Nigeria, securing regulatory approval to provide B2B services through its licensed local entity, Masterlive Network Limited.
