Merge Gaming establishes companies in Malta
The Merge Gaming Network is pleased to announce that its recently established companies in Malta were issued a Letter of Intent by the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority in relation to its application for a Class 3 and Class 4 Remote Gaming License. This enables the network to offer current and future network partners the option of being regulated by Malta (subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set out in the LOI), in addition to the current Network license in Kahnawake.
Anthony Taylor, Merge Gaming CEO, had the following to say about the announcement:
