Stoiximan named Major Sponsor of Greek Super League Championship
Stoiximan has been named the Major Sponsor of the Super League Championship, Greece’s top-flight football division, until the end of the 2024/25 season.
Through the agreement, the league will be called the Stoiximan Super League. It also includes joint initiatives for an enhanced fan experience along with the contribution to social responsibility initiatives.
“We welcome to the Super League football family Stoiximan, a strategic partner on many levels, as the institutional cooperation between Stoiximan and Super League includes signage at the stadiums, significant TV and online exposure, as well as an action plan which aims at making the best use of the enormous potential of the most popular sport in our country,” said Super League Deputy President of the Board of Directors Katia Koxenoglou.
The partnership covers the current season and the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 seasons, and includes four main areas; the naming of the Stoiximan Super League Championship, the branding of Stoiximan in stadiums, the joint undertaking of social initiatives and the implementation of actions to enhance the fan experience, inside and outside of stadiums.
Stoiximan Vice President Panos Konstantopoulos commented: “2023 is a pivotal year for Stoiximan, marking the completion of our first decade of life and our entry into a new period of growth.
“Our scope of cooperation goes beyond a typical sponsorship cooperation and extends to the expansion of the social footprint of Greek football, which is always the basis of our cooperation.
“We want to be a positive factor for the further development of football and as such we perceive our role as sponsors and name givers of the Greek football championship.”
