Novomatic Netherlands appoints Karin den Dunnen as CFO
As part of its recent management restructuring plans, Novomatic Netherlands has selected den Dunnen to join its team of executives.
Novomatic Netherlands has announced that Karin den Dunnen will succeed Jos van den Borne as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Prior to her position at Novomatic, den Dunnen has held the position of CFO at The Rent Company, Zelfstroom, AutoBinck Group, Findependent and Koninklijke Drukkerij Em. de Jong.
Peter Eder, Novomatic Netherlands Supervisory Board Member, said: “Novomatic is known for first-class technology products and leading innovation.
“With Karin den Dunnen, we have gained a first-class financial expert with years of experience in the gaming industry.
“I am sure that by having Karin den Dunnen on board our company will be able to successfully further expand its position and we wish her a successful start at Novomatic.“
As CFO, den Dunnen will be responsible for overseeing the finance team’s operations, ensuring that corporate IT remain compliant and preparing her teams for internal audits.
On her appointment, den Dunnen said: “I am looking forward to my new position as it holds very diverse tasks for me and it gives me the opportunity to contribute my experience to Europe’s largest gaming group.
“Being able to work for such a globally active group in my home country and contributing my personal skills and experience makes me proud.”
Over the next few weeks, the new executive management team at Novomatic Netherlands will be finalised as Zane Mersich, Robert Meijer, Reinier Schutte and Karin den Dunnen.
Novomatic Netherlands isn’t the other division currently undergoing big changes, as Novomatic Africa also announced restructuring measures taken against its management team.
