– The collaboration builds on initial campaigns launched in Q4 2024

High Roller Technologies has announced a new partnership with iConvert aimed at strengthening its player acquisition and retention capabilities. The collaboration seeks to boost conversion rates and user deposits across the company’s market presence.

The deal enables High Roller’s gaming brands to implement iConvert’s exit intent pre-registration overlays and gamification tools.

These technologies are designed to enhance user engagement and improve onsite experiences – with initial campaigns having commenced in Q4 2024 across selected international markets.

iConvert will also provide High Roller with access to its suite of on-site engagement tools and behavioural technologies.

Commenting on the collaboration, Ashley Wood, iConvert’s CEO, stated: “Partnering with High Roller has been one of the easiest decisions we’ve ever made. The High Roller team already has an extremely strong presence across its markets, and we’re looking forward to helping them continue to grow.”

High Roller’s CMO, Sven Kaltenegger, added: “Achieving a high conversion rate is crucial in the rapidly evolving iGaming ecosystem. The partnership with iConvert strengthens our acquisition and retention strategies, boosting conversion rates and enhancing player experience while taking player retention to the next level.”

This move follows High Roller’s recent appointment of Kristofer Muscat as COO earlier this month. Muscat – formerly COO at Eastrock Group – brings industry experience to High Roller, with a focus on developing machine learning technologies that aim to enhance player experience and reduce operational costs.
