Hard Rock to open hotel and residences in UAE’s Ras Al Khaimah

Hard Rock International has announced plans to open Hard Rock Hotel & Residences Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates.
The project will be Hard Rock’s latest expansion into the Middle East and follows other branded developments announced in Europe and North America.
The mixed-use hospitality project is expected to launch in 2028 and will feature 300 rooms and 395 branded residences, along with restaurants, rooftop bars, conference space, a beach club and fitness facilities.
The development is located near Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah’s Beach District and comes from a joint venture between Malta-based Db Group and local partner Rak Hospitality Holding (RAKHH).
“This is not just another hotel development; it’s a catalyst for the sustained, high-quality growth that positions Ras Al Khaimah as a serious contender in the luxury and lifestyle hospitality space,” stated Alison Grinnell, CEO of RAKHH.

According to Hard Rock International’s SVP & Head of Global Hotel Development, Todd Hricko, the new site is designed to serve a growing tourism segment in the UAE.
