Banijay Non-Executive Director François Laroze resigns

Banijay Group NV has announced that François Laroze has resigned from its Board of Directors and the HR & ESG Committee with immediate effect. The company expressed its gratitude for his contribution during his tenure.
The resignation comes as Banijay prepares to release its nine-month financial results for 2025 on 6 November, following a period of continued growth across its content, live experiences and gaming divisions.
In the first half of the year, Banijay reported revenue of €2.21bn ($2.59bn), an increase of 6.1% year-on-year, while adjusted EBITDA rose 15.8% to €424m.
Chief Executive François Riahi described the performance as “excellent” and confirmed the group remained on track to meet its full-year guidance.

In June 2025, Scientific Games renewed its long-running licensing agreement with Banijay, enabling continued global distribution of Deal or No Deal-themed lottery games. The partnership has so far produced more than 110 titles across an 18-year collaboration.
Banijay continues to operate as a global content producer, with activities spanning television production, distribution, branded live experiences and iGaming. The group has signalled further developments for the second half of 2025, including the integration of newly acquired companies such as 2×4 and Terminal 9 Studios.
