B90 Holdings confirms 75% revenue growth for H1 2025

Key points:

– B90 Holdings has reported 75% revenue growth and a 65% increase in EBITDA reflecting its transition to a scalable B2B-focused business model

– AI integration and new B2B partnerships contributed to higher margins and positive operational cash flow during H1 2025, providing the Group with a stable position entering H2 2025

B90 Holdings has announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025.

The group reported revenue of €2.4m ($2.8m), up 75% from €1.4m for H1 2024. EBITDA rose 65% to €0.3m while net loss narrowed to €0.04m. Operational cash flow was positive at €36,948 and the cash balance increased to €0.40m.

Financial results reflected the group’s B2B business model, partner network and use of AI and machine learning in marketing and operational processes. These systems supported lead generation and contributed to margin improvements without a proportional increase in costs.

Operational activity in H1 2025 included an expansion of the B2B partner portfolio, the relaunch of Bet90.com as an affiliate platform and the ongoing international development of Oddsen.nu.

Good to know: B90 Holdings recently acknowledged that AI is being integrated across all areas of the business to streamline processes, analyse large volumes of data quickly and support operational efficiency

The Group also introduced a long-term incentive plan in June 2025 and saw additional equity investment from Non-Executive Director Andrew McIver.

Ronny Breivik, B90 Holdings Executive Chairman, stated: “We enter the second half of 2025 with strong momentum, benefiting from a strong trading period and a growing portfolio of high-quality partnerships.

“The foundations are now firmly in place for B90 to establish itself as a leading B2B marketing group for the global gaming industry. We continue to remain focused on driving profitable growth, strengthening partner relationships and creating sustained value for shareholders.”
