NYX Gaming continues Italian expansion with integration deal
Global gaming goliath NYX Gaming Group Limited has agreed a deal to integrate OIA Services LTD, an Italian operator that holds brands including Betaland and Enjoybet, NYX OGS (Open Gaming System).
The deal will see Betaland significantly expand its offering with the addition of the OGS suite, including titles such as DoublePlay SuperBet, Gorilla Go Wild, and the recently launched Glorious Empire.
This deal with Betaland is the third such deal that NYX Gaming Group has agreed in Italy, having recently signed similar deals with Unibet and GoldBet.
A key element of this deal will be NYX’s wholly owned Game360 studio team based in Rome. Game360 offer a comprehensive product portfolio that includes state-of-the-art betting and casino platforms as well as local game titles authored and created in Rome.
In a statement announcing the deal, Andrea Guzzon, General Manager for Game360, said: “NYX Gaming Group already has a strong presence in Italy and we’re delighted to expand this even further by partnering with Betaland.”

Betaland General Manager Michele Sprovieri added: “Integrating the award-winning NYX OGS will allow us to significantly expand our offering and provide our players with even more high-quality content. “
