GGA London 2021: Online Sports Betting Supplier of the Year
The pandemic unsurprisingly caused an industry-wide dip for online sports betting, but this was soon followed by the return of players eager for a first-class experience. The overwhelming demand from customers put stress on operators, which in turn put stress on suppliers, who had to be at the top of their game. Kambi was one such company that did just that, with its wealth of regulatory experience crucial in this uncertain time. The supplier recorded its best-ever financial performance in 2020, capping off a successful year by signing partnerships with Belgium’s Loterie Nationale and JVH Group.
Scientific Games clinched second, with IGT PlaySports finishing third. Also nominated in this category were EveryMatrix, BetConstruct, Sporting Solutions, Digitain, Altenar, Elys Game Technology and BtoBet.
