Stake donates $1m, or 25.63 bitcoin, to Ukrainian humanitarian crisis
Crypo operator Stake has donated $1m, or 25.63 bitcoin, to the people of Ukraine. Using blockchain technology, the company has contributed towards the global efforts of sending human aid donations towards the current humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.
Ed Craven, Stake Co-Founder, said: “Everyone at Stake stands in solidarity with the people of Ukraine. Our hearts go out to all those innocently involved in this tragic conflict. We hope this contribution will go far to aid and support the brave and resilient Ukrainian people.
“As the global crypto community rallies to raise vital aid funds, we’ve donated $1m, or 25.63 BTC to the humanitarian relief cause to support the protection and basic human rights of those displaced.”
