Having adapted to the remote way of working in 2020 and 2021, the company has created a new office that suits its current situation and personnel needs. The team believes its new home will encourage communication and collaboration between all departments involved. Despite external factors, there is a continued search for additional team members to encourage further expansion.

Red Rake Gaming feels the emphasis of a workplace should be on employee comfort. With this in mind, the new office features brightly coloured windowed meeting rooms, private office booths, a large kitchen area, fully equipped server rooms and large windows throughout.

Carlos Fernández, Red Rake Gaming Co-Founder and Head of Business Development, said: “We are delighted to continue welcoming new employees on board and creating new offices. Now physically present in both Valencia and Malta, we believe it’s important for us to maintain our local visibility, to continue serving our clients and play a greater role in markets in the process.

"Talent acquisition is the key to our success, and we believe it’s absolutely essential to create facilities in which our staff feel comfortable, in order to develop this talent and help it reach its full potential.”

Last year, Red Rake extended its list of partnerships with a new agreement with BetConstruct. This deal saw Red Rake’s suite of games, consisting of over 40 slots and a range of video bingo games available to BetConstruct partners.

At the same time, a similar deal was agreed with 888Ladies, the gaming platform designed specifically for women. This partnership allowed its players access to a selection of Red Rake’s titles.
