King Billy Casino chooses Symplify for CRM system

CRM and AI cloud solutions provider Symplify has partnered with King Billy Casino to enhance its customer engagement strategy.

King Billy Casino is operated by Kings Media. It was launched in 2017 and is available in English, French, German and Japanese.

According to the deal, King Billy Casino will be merged with Symplify’s fully integrated CRM ecosystem, and AI personalisation module, which delivers a personalised Onpage experience shaped by machine learning.

The CRM platform will also help King Billy optimise its push, SMS and email marketing campaigns across its user base. The agreement offers usage rights to Symplify's exclusive Campaign and Customer journey builder modules, intended to improve user engagement processes.

Robert Kimber, Symplify CEO, said: "Our  CRM Ecosystem is best suited to support King Billy’s progressive growth plans, and we’re pleased to be onboard. Symplify’s single solution caters to profitability through conversion and driving increased playing activities by optimising the player experience.”

Recently, Symplify signed a partnership with SoftMaya, an online and offline gaming software provider, which operates various iGaming brands.

On that deal, Kimber added: "SoftMaya is a business that has an exciting future ahead and we’re thrilled to welcome them as a partner. It’s the perfect opportunity for us to work alongside SoftMaya’s portfolio of brands and showcase our powerful AI Personalisation Module."
